Gua Sha has been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Therapy.

Used as a facial massage tool to firm and lift,  it promotes lymphatic drainage reducing puffiness and fluid buildup. Also aids circulation giving the skin a wonderful healthy glow. The Rose Quartz is known for its soothing and rejuvenative energy.

DIRECTIONS: Begin with clean skin , using in conjunction with serum of facial cream to enhance the gliding movement of the tool across the surface of the skin. Keeping the tool flat against the skin at all time, working outwards and upwards. Begin first with a sweeping action from the eyebrows to the forehead.  Next move to the cheeks one at a time, again sweeping upwards and outwards  begin from the crease of the nose working towards the ears.

For the under eye area, using lighter pressure, bearing in mind that the skin under the eyes are more sensitive, start at the inner corner of the eye and glide outwards to the temple.

Using the double pronged side, work from the chin to ear.
