Trulthang Cold and Flu Relief Tea uses the traditional Tibetan Science of Well Being. This special blend of herbs has been carefully selected to relieve the symptoms of cold and flu as well as to enhance the body's immunity.

Ingredients: Amla, Two-flowered raspberry, Himalayan scape flower, Chebulic myrobalan.

Directions: Infuse one tea bag in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Take as needed once or twice per day.
